  1. General Information
    Office Hours: 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday & 09:00 to 16:00, Friday Orders can be phoned at the above times or faxed or emailed at any time. All phoned orders placed before 11:00 will be despatched the same day, all orders placed after 11:00 will be despatched the next working day (standard items only). Please put contact phone number on all faxed and emailed orders for us to contact you for your card details.
  2. Prices Prices shown exclude VAT and delivery, and are subject to change without notice. Designs, if you need us to work out what you need then send in a floor plan with a brief. We charge a nominal fee of 5% per order value for this service.
  3. Delivery
    Delivery cost shown are for UK mainland, for other areas, Wales, Devon/Cornwall, Scotland, highlands, islands, channels islands, EU & Eastern Europe are quoted separately. 7 – 10 Day Delivery free on orders over £500.00*. Standard Next Day Delivery Charges; Small orders up to the weight of 10kg are charged at £10.00. All goods up to the weight of 25kg are subject to a minimum delivery charge of £10.50. Goods from 25kg to 50kg are subject to a delivery charge of £22.00. All goods over and above 50kg will despatched on a Euro-pallet/s with a delivery charge of £50.00 ea. (mainland UK only)
  4. Terms of Payment
    All payments to be made by credit or debit card unless other arrangements have been agreed. We accept Master/Visa/Maestro cards but not Amex. Goods will only be despatched upon receipt of payment in full. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
  5. Retention of Title
    All goods will remain the property of Radiant Heating Solutions Ltd until the goods are paid for in full.
  6. Returns
    If any item is damaged or has missing parts you can obtain an exchange or full refund provided the product is returned unused within 30 days, in its original packaging, and includes any accessories and items provided free of charge. Call us to arrange return or collection for which we may charge a fee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  7. Risk
    The risk of the goods shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery. When placing an order always quote the product code.
